Dream Foundation Empowers Young Women with Self-Defense Training
The Dream Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting safety and well-being, organized a self-defense training workshop for approximately 60 students at Shrusti Vidhya Vihar School, Nikol Viratnaar Road, Ahmedabad. The workshop, led by Amandeep singh Gotra, an international champion and self-defense expert, focused on practical techniques to equip young women with the skills to protect themselves in real-life situations.
