Project Pasti se Padhai tak (Scrap Paper to Education) is our flagship recycling and fundraising program. We collect old newspapers, textbooks, and household scrap (pasti) from local communities. 100% of the proceeds generated from recycling this scrap are directly used to fund educational materials and school fees for children in need.
Project Shiksha is our dedicated academic support initiative. While Pasti se Padhai tak focuses on resource generation, Project Shiksha handles the direct impact. We bridge learning gaps for children from low-income families by providing long-term tutoring, distribution of school kits, and foundational learning camps to prevent school dropouts.
The Shakti Award is an annual ceremony hosted by the Dream Foundation to honor and celebrate extraordinary women leaders across fields like social work, education, literature, media, and technology. The event serves as a platform to inspire the next generation of changemakers and build a strong network of women driving social progress.
We regularly host community-led collection drives across various neighborhoods in Ahmedabad.
